ANNA DEACON

Personal Profile

With 11 years background of theatrical costume making and a first class honours degree in Theatre Design / Costume Interpretation, I am a flexible and multi-skilled Cutter/Costumier, familiar with working to strict deadlines and to the highest standards, who enjoys working both individually and as part of a team.

Confident and professional in all areas of my work. Within my work history as a cutter, I have been responsible for running busy workrooms with teams between 5-20 staff members. I also have a wide range of both cutting and making skills, for both men and ladies wear. From period cuts through to the modern day, in both soft and hard tailoring, including all under pining i.e.: corsets and  frames.  To classical and modern dance wear, tutu construction and stretch wear.
